As a Chef / Cook at Zypher Lounge, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. You will be responsible for preparing and presenting dishes to a consistently high standard while maintaining kitchen efficiency and food safety compliance.

Task & responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, and present menu items with consistency and creativity.
• Work closely with kitchen team.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet our standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
• Manage stock rotation and minimize food wastage.
• Follow food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth service.
• Assist with training and guiding junior kitchen staff.

Qualification & experience

• Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant setting.
• Must have strong communication skills.
