We are a multi location cafe chain, looking for an experienced & dedicated Chef to join our cafe at Altona North.

Hours/rates can be negotiated for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

·        Plan and prepare high-quality meals according to our menu and standards

·        Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth daily operations

·        Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in all food preparation areas

·        Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost control

Requirements:

·        Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a busy cafe service kitchen

·        Strong leadership and organizational skills

·        Excellent knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

·        Creativity and passion for culinary excellence

·        Culinary certifications or equivalent experience preferred
