HP Trading Group Pty Ltd is looking for a talented FOH/Kitchen team for our brand-new beautiful venue Bistrol Sol, Holiday INN in Townsville Queensland.

The operations extend from Breakfast, lunch and dinner to weekend and functions.

Chef, Cook, Restaurant Manager, Administration officer, Barista, Water/Waitresses (Full Time, Part time & Casuals)

Chef, Cook

• a minimum of 1-year full time of restaurant experience

• Prepare, cook and serve food in accordance with menus

• Ensuring high level of quality and presentation is achieved at all times

• Collaborate with owners in developing the menu and creating new recipes

• Provide a safe working environment in the kitchen and back of house areas

• Accepting deliveries and checking invoices, weight and dates of product

• To act in accordance with the Company's Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Workplace, Health & Safety and Quality Assurance programs and guidelines

• Breakfast ,Lunch, Dinner experience is a must. Pastry skills would be a plus.

FOH:

• Enthusiasm and passion to provide exceptional customer service

• COFFEE & BAR TENDING skills would be a plus

• Barista experience is preferred for coffee preparation and service

• Cocktail experience is preferred for beverage preparation and bar service

• Previous A La Carte restaurant/bar experience which include tray service and handling large volumes of tables

• FOH positions require a minimum of 6-12 months of A La Carte restaurant experience.

• Experience in POS ordering systems and cash handling

• A good understanding of wine, its service and recommendations to guests

• A current RSA

• Willingness to undergo our specified training program

• Flexible availability over a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
