A full-time position
Assist the Senior Chef team to oversee daily operations and standards of the kitchen
Organise and plan the preparation and cooking of food
Work with the Head Chef to ensure premium execution and elevated guest experience
Uphold health and safety regulations and ensure staff compliance with hygiene standards and food handling practices
Proven experience in a similar or higher role within the pub or restaurant industry
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with staff, guests, and suppliers
Basic understanding of food and beverage operations, including food preparation and inventory management
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and ability to enforce compliance
Passion for the culinary arts and an interest in staying updated with industry trends
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
