The Breslin Bar & Grill Steakhouse is looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a casual or part-time basis.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or strong Commis Chef ready to step up

• Experience in grill, pans, or steakhouse-style cooking preferred

• Ability to work efficiently during busy service periods

• Strong attention to detail and plating standards

• Reliable, punctual, and a positive team player

• Flexible availability including nights and weekends
