Working within multidisciplinary engineering teams, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality process engineering design and technical solutions from concept through to detailed design.

Task & responsibilities

• Develop process engineering deliverables including PFDs and Intelligent P&IDs
• Prepare mass and energy balances, process simulations and hazardous area classifications
• Contribute to Basic Engineering, FEED and Detailed Design documentation
• Support 3D modelling activities, line sizing and isometric development
• Conduct technical and economic feasibility studies for new and existing facilities
• Support process optimisation and scale-up of manufacturing operations
• Perform QA/QC reviews of engineering documentation
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards and client specifications
• Collaborate with client stakeholders and multidisciplinary project teams
• Provide technical input during pre-bid and proposal stages as required

Qualification & experience

• Degree qualified in Chemical Engineering
• Demonstrated experience in process design within energy, resources, manufacturing or heavy industry
• Experience delivering FEED and detailed design packages
• Strong working knowledge of engineering standards and safety requirements
• Experience with process modelling and simulation tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
