Full-Time | Family-Owned Early Learning Service

We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and motivated Childcare Service Director to lead our welcoming family-owned early learning service in Adelaide.

As a family-owned and operated centre, we pride ourselves on creating a warm, supportive, and community-focused environment where children, families, and educators feel genuinely valued. We are looking for a dedicated leader who shares our commitment to high-quality early childhood education and building strong relationships within our centre community.

As the Service Director, you will oversee the daily operations of the service while leading and supporting a dedicated team of educators. You will play a key role in maintaining compliance, mentoring staff, supporting curriculum excellence, and fostering a positive and nurturing culture for children and families.

• Lead and inspire a team of educators and support staff

• Ensure compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS) and ACECQA regulations

• Build strong relationships with children, families, and the local community

• Support curriculum planning aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

• Manage enrolments, occupancy, and daily operations

• Mentor and develop educators through positive leadership and coaching

• Maintain a collaborative and supportive workplace culture

• Oversee administration, staffing, and operational performance

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Centre Director 

• Strong knowledge of the National Quality Framework and compliance requirements

• Excellent leadership and communication skills

• A genuine passion for early childhood education and care

• Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care

• Current Working With Children Check

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications
