Your passion and enthusiasm will see you assisting to lead a classroom by engaging with educators, families, children and the wider community to implement the educational program and experiences to meet the individual needs of the children.

About your new role:

• Your passion and enthusiasm will see you assist in supporting a classroom by effectively engaging with children, families, Educators, and the wider community.

• Network with relevant stakeholders in the local community.

• Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.

• Contribute to the documentation of the children's skills and interests, and include a clear cycle of reflective practice.

• Work in compliance with Government regulations and centre policies and procedures to meet our high-quality standards.

About you:

• Cerificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services as approved by ACECQA.

• Current WWCC, approved first aid, anaphylaxis and asthma qualifications.

• Experience in an early childhood setting.

• A sound understanding of the EYLF and NQF. 

• Confidence in building strong relationships and partnerships with children and families.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
