DIAL-AN-ANGEL Perth is seeking a caring, responsible, and enthusiastic Childcare Worker to join our crèche team located in Perth (CBD). The successful candidate will provide a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children, ensuring their well-being while engaging them in age-appropriate activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and care for children in the crèche, ensuring a safe and engaging environment.

• Plan and implement fun, age-appropriate activities that support children's learning and development.

• Monitor children’s behaviour and intervene when necessary to support positive interactions.

• Assist with feeding, nappy changing, and toileting as required.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the crèche area, including sanitising toys and play equipment.

• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, providing feedback on their child’s time in the crèche.

• Follow all health and safety guidelines and childcare regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children in a childcare or crèche setting.

• Valid WA Working with Children Check (WWCC).

• Current Police Clearance Certificate – no disclosable court outcomes.

• Current First Aid Certificate.

• Understanding of child development and behaviour management strategies.

• Warm, patient, and energetic personality with a passion for working with children.

• Ability to work flexibly as part of a team.
