About the Role

You will be working as part of a civil construction team delivering infrastructure, drainage and subdivision projects across Melbourne.

Key responsibilities include:

• General civil labouring and site preparation

• Assisting with drainage and pipe installation

• Trenching, backfilling and earthworks support

• Concreting and finishing works

• Use of hand and power tools

• Assisting machine operators and site supervisors

• Maintaining a safe and productive work environment

• Working safely around active construction sites

About You

• Comfortable working outdoors

• Able to work effectively as part of a team

• Interested in building a long-term career in civil construction

You May Have

• Previous civil construction experience

• Drainage, earthworks or subdivision experience

• Experience using hand and power tools

• MR or HR Licence (advantageous)

• Plant tickets (advantageous)

• White Card (essential)
