Jackson Asphalt is looking for a motivated and reliable Civil Construction Labourer to join our civil works crew.

This role is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, willing to work hard, and looking to build a long-term career in the civil construction industry. We are seeking a team member who wants to develop new skills, gain valuable industry experience, and progress into machinery operation, including skid steer operation.

 About the Role

You will assist our experienced civil crew with a variety of construction activities while receiving on-the-job training and opportunities to upskill.

Requirements

• White Card (essential).

• Current driver's licence and reliable transport.

• Road Ranger HR licence

• Previous construction or labouring experience is an advantage but not essential.

• Commitment to workplace safety.
