What we're looking for: 

• 6–12+ months’ experience in civil construction
• Current White Card (essential)
• Current Driver’s Licence and reliable transport (essential)
• Competent in the safe use of hand and power tools
• Physically fit and capable of performing demanding manual labour
• Strong commitment to workplace safety and quality workmanship
• Experience in concreting, formwork, and civil structures (highly regarded)
• Experience in pipe laying, manhole construction, and pit installation (highly regarded)
• Relevant plant tickets and operating experience, including Roller, Skid Steer, Loader, and Excavator (highly regarded)
• Ability to work effectively within a crew and follow direction on-site
