Connect Resources QLD is currently seeking experienced and ticketed Civil Labourers/Toppys to join an established civil crew working on a major road upgrade and subdivision infrastructure projects from North Brisbane to Sunshine Coast. You will be involved in a range of civil construction activities across roads and subdivisions, including:

• Road construction works including formation, pavement prep, and road widening
• Civil drainage installation (pipelines, pits, trenching and backfilling)
• Concreting works including kerb, pavement reconstruction, and footings
• Installation of underground services and civil infrastructure
• Assisting operators and various crews as required

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1+ year experience in civil construction (roads, subdivisions, or drainage preferred)
• White Card (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of site safety and civil construction practices
• Ability to work in a team and follow direction from supervisors and leading hands
• Tickets highly regarded - RII Roller, Confined Space, HR License
