Rigas Civil & Demo is growing and we're on the lookout for experienced demolition and
civil construction operators and labourers to join our team.

What you'll be doing

• Operating excavators across 5 - 25T machines

• Demolition works (commercial/residential/civil) and associated site tasks

• Civil support works including site cuts, trenching, loading out, clean-up and general
  labouring as required

• Working to high safety and compliance standards, including environmental controls

What we need from you

• Proven experience on demolition and/or civil construction sites

• Minimum of 3-5 years' experience on demolition and/or civil construction sites is
  required

• Excavator ticket with real operating experience (skid steer/loader tickets are a plus)

• Minimum of 3+ years' excavator operating experience is required

• White Card

• Driver's licence + reliable transport (HR/HC licence is highly regarded)

• Strong safety mindset, good communication, and a team-first attitude

• Physically fit, punctual and dependable

• Able to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening when required

• Willing to complete a National Police Check (or have one completed within the last 6
  months)

Asbestos work (important)
We do asbestos-related works, so applicants must be comfortable working to strict
procedures and compliance requirements. (Relevant asbestos tickets/experience will be
highly regarded.)
