The Claims and Compliance Admin is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of wage subsidies and employment outcome claim fees under the Employment Services contracts. This role ensures that all claims are compliant with Deed guidelines and internal polices, while providing support to, employers and employment consultants throughout the claim's lifecycle.

  • Experience in working with Participants to address barriers
