What you'll be doing

• Thoroughly cleaning residential properties to the highest standards, ensuring all rooms, surfaces and appliances are left spotless

• Adhering to client-specific checklists and instructions to meet their precise cleaning requirements

• Restocking client supplies as needed and reporting any issues or concerns

• Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients

• Maintaining a professional appearance and upholding the companies commitment to safety and quality

• Through your leadership, drive our Toowoomba based operations with pride and care.

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a residential cleaning or housekeeper role

• Minimum 12 months of residential cleaning experience required

• Strong English capability. Non Aussies will need to provide IELTS or PTE test results

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently to tight timelines

• A friendly, professional and customer-focused attitude

• Excellent time management and organizational skills

• A reliable mode of transportation to get to client locations (We pay your fuel!)

• Own car required for travel to client locations

• A commitment to upholding high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
