In addition, we provide temporary staffing solutions to residential care facilities, operate a Registered Training Organisation (RTO), and have established an international school.

Our vision is to be a provider of premium services and an employer of choice across acute care, aged care, home and community care, disability services, and hospitality.

About the Role

This role will lead the NDIS business unit, delivering NDIS-funded supports to eligible participants. You will be responsible for building and growing the division, supported by the Disability Services Manager, with a strong focus on participant outcomes, compliance, and sustainable growth across the North of Perth and the Southwest of Western Australia.

Essential business development and client acquisition experience is required to successfully build and expand the division.

The Client Engagement & Intake Officer will coordinate the intake process for new participants, guiding them from initial enquiry through to the start of services with a smooth and supportive experience.

This role is central to building trusted relationships with clients, veterans, community organisations, and allied health professionals through clear communication and responsive service delivery. By nurturing referral networks and ensuring person-centred engagement, you’ll contribute to sustainable participant growth and a positive introduction to services.

  • Experience in disability service coordination, workforce allocation, and contractual compliance

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in disability service coordination is required

  • The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment

  • Sound judgement, decision-making capability, and strong problem-solving skills

Additional Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualification in social sciences, health, or allied health (preferred)
