We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Client Engagement Officer to join our team supporting clients across Aged Care and NDIS services. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in guiding clients through their care journey, coordinating personalised supports, and building strong relationships with families and providers. As the first point of contact for new enquiries, you will bring strong problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and a genuine commitment to delivering an outstanding client experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for Aged Care and Disability enquiries
  • Respond promptly to enquiries and convert leads into services
  • Complete intake, screening, and initial assessments
  • Prepare budgets and explain services, pricing, and funding options
  • Build strong referral networks across health and community sectors
  • Prioritise referrals and coordinate service commencement
  • Develop initial care plans aligned with client goals
  • Maintain accurate client records and support coordinated care
  • Attend community events and promote our services
  • Monitor waitlists and support fair access to services.

Requirements

  • You will bring
    • Experience in Aged Care, NDIS, intake, case management, or a similar client-facing role
    • A strong understanding of person-centred practice and client service
    • Confidence supporting clients with complex needs and working with families and multidisciplinary teams
    • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills
    • The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications and Other Requirements

  • Essential requirements
    • Minimum Certificate IV or equivalent work experience
    • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and Working with Children Check, or willingness to obtain
    • Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel daily across the Central Coast
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database systems
