About the role

We have an exciting opportunity for a Client Executive (Customer Service) to join our team based in Beresfield on a full-time 12-month parental leave cover.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to ensure the department functions effectively. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Handle incoming correspondence (phone calls and emails). 

• Monitor email inbox and action requests. 

• Address client enquiries promptly and professionally. 

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team, including processing orders and quotes. 

• Have in-depth knowledge of the company's products and services. 

• Ensure internal systems are up to date. 

• Liaise with other internal teams/departments as required.

• Other ad hoc duties as required. 

Skills/Experience Required 

• Previous experience in a similar role (Customer Service and/or Administration). Minimum 2 - 3 years. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 

• Excellent phone manner. 

• Strong organisational and time management skills.  

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. 

• Exceptional attention to detail and a can-do attitude.

• Advanced computer literacy skills (Microsoft Office suite, CRMs).
