The Company

Our client is a privately owned, bespoke, full-service development and project management consultancy.  They bring together architecture, development management, sales, and marketing expertise to shape exceptional built environments.  With several impressive projects already on the books in Brisbane there is a bright future ahead.

The Role

Due to this continued success, they are looking to bring on a new Project Manager to work closely with the Directors. 

The role will be more heavily geared toward the Development Management and Client-Side Project Management with the main focus on luxury high rise residential and commercial developments in the CBD .  You will also be exposed to and support the other key areas of the business.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor in Construction Management and have 5+ years’ experience working for a Brisbane based commercial principal building contractor or Developer builder.  

You will have completed a Cadetship and progressed on to Contract Administration role with full upstream and downstream contract responsibility.

You will be high energy and eager to own and drive your own development.  You will consistently demonstrate initiative, high levels of emotional intelligence and superior commercial acumen.   You will be client focussed and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

This role is perfect for someone with a solid grounding in construction but that has the aspirations to work in a role more closely associated with property development. 

The Benefits

There is a highly attractive salary for someone at this stage of career.  $250k Package depending on experience.
