We are representing a highly regarded not-for-profit aged care provider in Melbourne’s affluent Bayside region seeking an experienced Clinical Care Manager to join a strong leadership team in a well-resourced medium sized  service.

Following a recent accreditation cycle, the service is now focused on strengthening clinical governance, documentation quality, and care plan adherence. This role will suit someone who is comfortable identifying gaps, lifting standards, and embedding sustainable clinical improvement—not just maintaining status quo.

About you:

• Current AHPRA registration (Registered Nurse)
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in Care Management / Clinical Leadership

• Confident, hands-on leader who thrives in improvement-focused environments
