Salary: $156K-$158K

An established hospital on the Sunshine Coast is seeking an experienced Clinical Nurse Manager to lead their state-of-the-art Mental Health Unit. This is a rare opportunity to oversee a medium sized acute inpatient unit, day programs, and outpatient clinics, guiding a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide operational leadership and strategic direction for the Mental Health Unit
• Lead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team across inpatient and outpatient services
• Drive patient outcomes through effective team management and quality initiatives
• Manage resources, budgets, and recruitment to achieve service objectives
• Collaborate with hospital leaders to ensure optimal service delivery

About You:

• Extensive clinical expertise in Mental Health Nursing
• Proven leadership experience in a complex healthcare setting
• Strong patient advocacy and commitment to evidence-based care
• Experience managing budgets, teams, and operational responsibilities
• Post-registration qualifications in nursing and/or leadership highly desirable
