We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered or Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high‑quality psychological assessment and intervention to a diverse client base within a supportive and collaborative environment.
We are a multidisciplinary allied health facility with a passionate team dedicated to making a difference in people's lives. We prioritise client care while also enjoying team events, fun challenges, and learning from each other (check out our social media for a glimpse).
This rewarding and varied position offers the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients alongside a supportive team of registered and clinical psychologists, physiotherapists, podiatrists, dietitians, and exercise physiologists.
For the right candidate, there is also potential to step into a Team Leader position, offering additional responsibility in clinical oversight, mentoring, and service development.
What You’ll Be DoingDeliver evidence‑based psychological assessment and therapy
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
Contribute to case discussions, team meetings, and service planning
Provide input into program development and quality improvement initiatives
(If progressing to Team Leader) Support junior clinicians, oversee clinical standards, and assist with service coordination
Registration as a Psychologist with AHPRA (General or Clinical)
Eligibility for a Medicare Provider Number
Strong clinical skills in assessment, formulation, and intervention
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work both independently and within a team
Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development
Leadership interest or experience (desirable for Team Leader pathway)
Competitive salary: $110,000 – $150,000 per annum, based on experience and role.
