We’re seeking an energetic and motivated Club Manager to lead one of our Jetts clubs on Brisbane’s north side, just 15 minutes from the CBD.

This is a full-time permanent position offering a rare mix of autonomy, flexibility, sales leadership, and community engagement — backed by one of Australia’s most recognised and fast-growing fitness franchises.

This is not a desk job. We’re looking for someone who thrives on building relationships, growing membership numbers, and creating an outstanding club culture.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Membership sales and lead generation

• Member engagement and retention

• Local marketing and promotions

• Social media and digital content

• Community outreach and partnerships

• Day-to-day club operations

• Delivering exceptional customer service

This is an autonomous role working 4 days per week, ideal for someone who is self-driven, organised, and passionate about fitness and people.

You’ll succeed in this role if you:

• Have strong communication and people skills

• Are confident in sales and relationship building

• Can work independently and take initiative

• Enjoy marketing, promotion, and social media

• Bring positive energy and professionalism every day

• Are passionate about health, fitness, and helping others

• Certificate III or IV in Fitness

• Previous fitness industry and/or sales experience preferred

• Strong digital and social media skills

• Full working rights in Australia
