🔎 We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Is passionate about fitness, driven by results, and ready to help others.
• Has an outgoing personality, someone who can lead, inspire and motivate their team.
• Has previous management/sales experience is desired or at least 3 years experience working in the fitness industry.
• Is passionate about health and fitness and maintaining high standards of club cleanliness and safety.
• Holds a passion for sales, achieving goals, and thriving in a competitive environment
• Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Has confidence in your skills, with strong time management and organisational abilities

• Driving sales and member growth through effective leadership and innovative strategies
• Develop and maintain a high-performing team that consistently delivers Delivering top-tier customer service that sets us apart.
• Promote a positive, inclusive club culture that aligns with the Anytime Fitness brand.
• Social media management, the use of social media platforms and content creation.
• You will oversee daily operations while fostering a culture of belonging and excellence.
• Develop new and continue to strengthen existing business partnerships.
• Plan and implement marketing strategies to continuously attract new members.
