Role Summary

We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Cleaner to join our growing team. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services to residential properties across Sydney, ensuring every home meets our high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas

• Vacuum, mop, sweep and dust all floors and surfaces

• Clean and sanitise bathrooms and toilets to a high standard

• Wipe down bench tops, appliances, mirrors and fixtures

• Change and make beds (where required)

• Remove rubbish and replace bin liners

• Carry out end-of-lease, deep clean and post-construction cleans as required

• Communicate professionally with clients and report any issues or damages

• Follow safe handling procedures for all cleaning products and equipment

• Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies in good condition

• Complete job checklists and sign-off sheets accurately

Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning (preferred)

• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality of work

• Reliable, punctual and self-motivated

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

• Valid Australian working rights (citizen, PR or valid visa)

• Current National Police Check (or willingness to obtain one)

• Own reliable transport and valid driver's licence

• Good physical fitness — role involves standing, bending and lifting

• Basic English communication skills

PLEASE NOTE: This is NOT a full-time work. You will only be able to take on between 5-20 hours a week. Suitable for individuals studying at university, looking for a second job or parents wanting work during school hours
