Task & responsibilities

• Evaluate client needs and design, implement, and oversee educational, training, and support initiatives. 
• Conduct client assessments to understand social, emotional, and financial challenges. 
• Track and report client progress, providing regular updates to management and relevant stakeholders. 
• Connect clients with suitable agencies and resources for additional support. Identify community needs and assess available services in health, welfare, housing, employment, and training. 
• Collaborate with community organizations, government agencies, and private sector partners to address local issues and raise awareness of services. 
• Support families and deliver education and care to children and individuals with disabilities in residential or institutional settings. 
• Oversee and guide individuals on probation or parole where required. 
• Assist young people in managing social, emotional, and financial difficulties. 
• Prepare funding applications, resource requests, and formal reports for government and partner agencies.

Qualification & experience

• Relevant qualification in Social Work, Community Services, or related field. 
• Minimum of 1 year experience required in community engagement, case management, or related roles. 
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. 
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse clients and stakeholders. 
• Knowledge of community resources, welfare systems, and government services. Desirable: Experience working with children, youth, or disabled persons. 
• Experience in probation, parole, or correctional support services.
