- Design, maintain, and monitor the company’s computer networks and system infrastructure.
- Support network connectivity and operational systems linked to CNC machinery and production equipment.
- Maintain servers, backup systems, cloud platforms, and cybersecurity measures.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues to minimise production downtime.
- Assist with integration of manufacturing systems, inventory management systems, and production software.
- Monitor and improve communication systems across administration, workshop, and production areas.
- Coordinate system upgrades and implementation of new technologies to improve operational efficiency.
- Liaise with external IT providers, software vendors, and equipment technicians where required.
- Provide technical support and guidance to staff.
