We are a fast-growing construction company servicing projects from Sydney through to Newcastle and are looking for an experienced Construction Manager to join our team.
This role is based in our Tuggerah office, working closely with the company owner while also independently managing key responsibilities that support the day-to-day operations and growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
Sourcing new work and assisting with business development
Preparing quotes and estimates for construction projects
Taking ownership of projects from start through to completion
Assisting with project budgets, cost control, and margins
Liaising with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
Assisting the company owner with daily operational tasks
General project and office administration
Working towards performance and potential revenue targets
About You
A background in Construction Management
Experience in estimating and/or project management
Strong organisational, time management, and communication skills
Able to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
Commercially minded with a solid understanding of project budgets and cost control
Proactive, reliable, and hands-on, with a willingness to take ownership
