About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Consumer Support Advisor who will play a pivotal role in delivering comprehensive support to Aged Care Consumers and Participants. Using your wide knowledge and experience, especially in scheduling, you will meticulously assess their individual needs, coordinate tailored support services, and uphold the highest standards of care aligned with our clients' individual plans.
Working Hours:
2-3 days per week (days negotiable)
Your responsibilities
Be part of the Consumer Support Advisor team, processing inquiries and providing support.
Utilise scheduling techniques to manage rosters efficiently exercising judgement in planning assignments and optimising resource allocation.
Processing changes and cancellations from clients and issuing assignments to cover changes while ensuring all changes are communicated to consumers and participants.
Work with all stakeholders to ensure timely assignment of services to clients while maintaining transparent communication.
Maintain up to date and accurate data records in the Consumer Database at all times.
Perform comprehensive assessments and tailoring support for aged care clients and participants.
Regular reviews to ensure personalised support while working closely with clients and families to deliver services aligned with individual plans.
Generate up to date reports for Senior Management, for strategic decision making.
This role will be based at our office in Northbridge.
Essential requirements
Experience in aged care, community services, or a similar customer-focused role.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and client management systems (CRM).
Commitment to client confidentiality and professional standards.
Positive, flexible, and proactive "can-do" attitude.
Cantonese or Vietnamese language skills are highly desirable.
