$105,000 - $110,000 Annual

The employee will be responsible for administering and managing contracts related to the company’s automotive related operations. The role includes preparing, reviewing, and maintaining contract documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. The employee will work independently, manage records accurately, monitor contract timelines, and coordinate with internally, suppliers, and external stakeholders.

The Contract Administrator will provide full administrative support, prepare reports, identify issues, and take necessary actions based on contractual requirements. Initial training will be provided; however, the employee is expected to have prior experience in contract administration or a similar role. Performance and progress will be monitored through regular or a monthly report.

Task & responsibilities

  • Prepare and review contracts with tyre suppliers, parts distributors, fleet service clients, and subcontractors.
  • Responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts.
  • Monitor supplier and customer contracts to ensure service levels, warranties, and delivery obligations are met.
  • Identify risks such as delayed deliveries, defective parts, or service disputes, and recommend solutions
  • Maintain accurate records of contracts, renewals, and compliance reports.
  • Renewing and updating existing contracts to maintain the integrity of contract information.
  • Establishing and maintaining stakeholder and supplier relationships to identify and minimise risk, and maximise the value from the contract.
  • Assist in cost control, budget monitoring, and financial reporting to support project profitability.
  • Review cost estimates for tyres, mechanical parts, and services to confirm accuracy.
  • Ensure all contracts align with relevant laws, policies, and company standards.
  • Prepare regular reports and updates on contract status, variations, and financial performance for management review.

Working hours:

  • Employee is expected to be on call during working hours.
  • Standard breaks available during working hours.
  • Generally, workdays are 5 days a week.


Qualification & experience

Preferences: 

  • At least 2+ years of experience as a Contract Administrator
  • At least a master's degree
  • Multilingual in English, Urdu, and Punjabi
