New Umiya Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated Contract Administrator to support the delivery of transport and logistics services. The role involves coordinating contracts, managing service agreements, supporting operations teams, and ensuring transport services are delivered efficiently, safely, and in accordance with contractual and company requirements.

Task & responsibilities

  • Administering and coordinating contracts, services, and operational activities to support efficient business operations.
  • Monitoring contract performance and ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and contractual requirements.
  • Preparing, reviewing, and maintaining records, reports, invoices, and contract documentation.
  • Liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal staff to support effective communication and service delivery.
  • Assisting in the coordination of schedules, resources, and operational activities to meet business objectives.
  • Identifying operational issues and supporting management with timely resolutions and process improvements.
  • Supporting financial and administrative processes, including invoicing, payment follow-ups, and record management.
  • Conducting regular operational reviews and preparing reports for management to support decision-making and operational efficiency.

Qualification & experience

  • Degree or diploma in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in contract administration, transport operations, or a related field.
  • Understanding of transport service agreements and contract management processes.
  • Ability to manage operational documentation, schedules, and compliance records.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
