Our Client is is a growing construction company delivering residential and mixed use building projects across New South Wales.
As the business continues to expand its project pipeline and manage a higher volume of concurrent developments, the need for structured contract administration and commercial coordination has become increasingly critical to support project delivery.
To align with this growth and ensure contractual control across active and upcoming projects, our client is seeking to appoint an experienced Contract Administrator to support its construction operations.
The Contract Administrator will play a key role in supporting the commercial and contractual aspects of multiple construction projects.
This position is designed for a contract professional with experience in project-based construction environments, who can manage tender processes, contractual documentation, and ongoing contract administration as project volumes increase.
The role works closely with project managers, site teams, and external stakeholders to ensure contracts are administered consistently, risks are managed, and project delivery remains commercially aligned.
