We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Site Supervisor to oversee the final 3-5 months of a high-end residential renovation project in Camberwell.

The project is well advanced and entering finishing stages. We need someone organised, proactive and detail-focused who can coordinate trades properly, keep momentum on site, and push the project through to completion without excuses or constant supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Daily coordination of trades and subcontractors

• Managing finishing trades and sequencing

• Quality control and defect management

• Site organisation and cleanliness

• Ordering and coordination of materials where required

• Liaising with owner, consultants and suppliers

• Ensuring timelines are met and holding trades accountable

• Monitoring workmanship and attention to detail

• Managing site safety and compliance

Requirements:

• Proven experience supervising high-end residential builds or renovations

• Strong understanding of finishing trades and construction detailing

• Ability to read plans and coordinate works independently

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Builder registration or trade background preferred

• Immediate start preferred
