You’ll be joining a growing, close-knit team (~20 clinicians) with a strong reputation for support, flexibility, and clinician-first operations. The business leverages AI-driven tools to streamline report writing, reducing admin load and keeping documentation aligned with NDIS requirements.

This is a fully mobile model, allowing you to work within your local area, with optional access to a co-working spaces ideal for support, mentorship, team connection, and dedicated report writing time, while still maintaining the flexibility of a mobile contracting role.

Speech Pathologist
Funding models: NDIS | Private | Medicare

Caseload:

• Mixed paediatric and adult clients

• Speech, language, and communication support

• Functional and capacity-building therapy

• Opportunity to shape caseload based on your interests (extended waitlist of varied conditions available to choose from)

Occupational Therapist
Funding models: NDIS | TAC | DVA | Home Care Package / My Aged Care | Private

Caseload:

• Across paeds and adult (you choose) with varied presentations

• Functional assessments and capacity building

• Home modifications and assistive technology

• Rehab, return-to-work, and community-based interventions
