KAEFER have an exciting opportunity to work on a major project in the Pilbara region with a Tier 1 mining client. The role will be offered on an 8/6 roster with point of hire being Perth only.

We are now seeking a skilled and detail‑focused Contract Administrator to support the commercial and contractual operations of major maintenance, construction and shutdown projects. This role is essential to ensuring compliance, accuracy and professional communication across all contract‑related activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the Commercial and Contracts team with all contractual operations for the project.
Support the development, review and negotiation of contract variations and subcontractor agreements.
Draft formal correspondence to the client, including collation of supporting documentation.
Collate and analyse data to produce reports on project budgeting, expenditure, performance and completion outcomes.
Ensure project personnel adhere to legislation, contractual obligations and industry standards.
Maintain accurate records, registers and documentation to support commercial governance.
Contribute to continuous improvement of contract administration processes and systems.
About You
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a commercial or contract administration role on large projects within the Mining, Oil & Gas or Power industries.
Strong understanding of commercial and contractual aspects of project delivery, including the importance of professional document presentation.
Ability to work with urgency and manage competing deadlines effectively.
Strong organisational and time‑management skills with a high level of attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging internal and external stakeholders.
