Task & responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for particular sections of the kitchen, including:

• Hot line cooking and presentation of dishes
• Stock control and rotation
• Liaising with FOH regarding dietary needs and allergens
• Quality control, both with preparation and presentation
• Ability to follow a recipe correctly to ensure consistency
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are strictly maintained (HACCP) 
• Preparation of fresh seafood such as sashimi
• Maintain a clean and hygienic workplace
• Work at pace and calmly under pressure

Qualification & experience

Formal hospitality qualifications and minimum 3 years full-time experience
