Salary: AUD 71,600 to 80,000 per year
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes in line with menu specifications and quality standards
Assist the kitchen team during service and ensure timely delivery of dishes
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen at all times
Monitor ingredient stock and assist with ordering as needed
Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
Support kitchen operations during busy periods
Selection Criteria:
At least 1 to 2 years of experience working as a cook in a commercial or hospitality environment
Sound knowledge of food safety and handling practices
Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, punctual, and committed to high-quality output
A positive, team-driven attitude with strong communication skills
