Task & responsibilities

•    Preparing, seasoning, and cooking specialty dishes, including kebabs, marinades, sides, and Turkish flatbreads.

•    Maintaining strict quality control over all food output.

•    Estimating and ordering food supplies, and monitoring stock levels.

•    Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety standards (HACCP principles).

•    Cleaning kitchen equipment, work areas, and cold storage areas.

•    Prepare and cook all menu items, including kebabs, rice dishes, and salads.

•    Manage food preparation stations and ensure timely service.

•    Monitor food stock and minimize waste.

Qualification & experience

•    Proven experience as a Cook in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a kebab/Middle Eastern or similar cuisine setting.

•    Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

•    Strong knowledge of kitchen management and food handling regulations.

•    A positive attitude and strong work ethic.

•    Reliability and excellent time management.
