About the role

The Alcohol, Drug, Mental Health Support Service Counsellor provides confidential, non-judgemental, short‑term telephone‑based counselling, information, and referral services to people across Western Australia who are concerned about their own or someone else’s alcohol and/or other drug use and/or mental health and wellbeing. The role operates within a telephone and digital support service, delivering timely, trauma‑informed, recovery‑oriented, and harm‑reduction‑focused interventions.
