The Australasian Academy of Cosmetic and Dermal Science (AACDS), part of Demi Education Group, is seeking a dedicated Course Advisor to join our national team in a fully remote capacity. The Role

Working remotely or from our office in Perth, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students from across Australia who are enquiring about AACDS post-graduate programs. You'll conduct consultative, high-quality conversations, understanding each person's career aspirations, background, and eligibility, and expertly guide them through a smooth, supportive enrolment experience.

Your Key Responsibilities

Student Engagement & Enrolment Conversion

• Manage and convert inbound and outbound enquiries into quality enrolments for AACDS post-graduate programs across Australia.

• Conduct professional, consultative telephone and video consultations, providing accurate and transparent course information to prospective students nationwide.

• Assess prospective student eligibility, prior experience, and suitability for AACDS qualifications, ensuring informed and confident decision-making.

• Guide students through every step of the enrolment process with clarity, care, and professionalism.

CRM Management & Pipeline Growth

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for all national enquiries, leads, and enrolments.

• Strategically nurture prospective students through structured, timely follow-up, ensuring no enquiry is left unattended.

• Identify cross-skilling and upskilling opportunities for AACDS alumni through additional accredited and non-accredited program offerings.

• Contribute insights to support national intake planning and continuous improvement of the student journey.

What We're Looking For

• Proven Experience in Student Recruitment or Advisory: Background in a high-volume course advisory, student recruitment, or sales role experience within a university, RTO, or VET provider is highly regarded.

• Outstanding Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication with the ability to build trust and rapport quickly over the phone and video with people from diverse backgrounds.

• Student-Centred Approach: A genuine care for student outcomes, with the ability to listen actively and guide individuals towards the right educational path with empathy and professionalism.

• Self-Motivated & Remote-Ready: Comfortable working independently in a remote environment, with strong personal discipline, structure, and accountability to meet and exceed targets.

• CRM Platform Requirement: Proficiency in Salesforce or HubSpot is required for effective lead and pipeline management.

• Organised & Results-Driven: Strong time management and prioritisation skills with a track record of consistently achieving outcomes in a high-volume environment.

• Industry Knowledge (Advantageous): Familiarity with the health, beauty, aesthetics, allied health, or VET/RTO sector is a strong advantage.
