About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll join a team of dedicated professionals passionate about delivering exceptional customer service. You’ll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication.
This is a high-volum contact centre role, best suited to individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, structured and performance-driven environment.
What You’ll Do:
Handle high volumes of inbound calls
Assist with general banking inquiries
Navigate multiple systems while resolving customer enquiries
Follow strict identification and compliance protocols
Work within structured processes and repetitive task environments
Note: This role does not involve sales or upselling.

About You
We’re looking for individuals who:
Have customer service experience (highly desirable)
Have a genuine interest in banking or financial services
Are comfortable working in a high-volume, KPI-driven environment
Have strong computer skills and can navigate multiple systems
Are resilient, adaptable, and professional under pressure
Hold a Grade 10 qualification (or equivalent)
Training Period (On-Site)
Weeks 1–3: Classroom training, Monday–Friday, 9:00 am–5:30 pm
Weeks 4–7: On-the-job training, Monday–Friday
Full-time availability between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm required

Important Information
During training, you must meet all job scorecard requirements, including attendance, assessments, and performance evaluations. 100% attendance is required during training.
