We are currently seeking energetic and customer-focused Casual Customer Service Officers to join our team across our state-of-the-art leisure facilities at Concord Oval Recreation Centre (CORC), Five Dock Leisure Centre (FDLC), and our brand-new Rhodes Recreation Centre (RRC).
About the role
As a Customer Experience Officer, you will be the welcoming face of our Centres – greeting members and guests, supporting core services (gymnastics, sport courts, gym, creche), and delivering exceptional service at all touchpoints.

Shifts vary based on operational needs and will include early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays across the following hours:
