If you love animals, people, and no two days being the same — this is the role for you! We’re looking for a hardworking, super reliable, friendly, and smiley person to join our team at Port Stephens Animal Adventures for a FULL TIME role.

You’ll be helping guests have unforgettable encounters with over 300 amazing animals — including sharks, rays, crocodiles, and macaws — while keeping our facility running smoothly and safely.

This isn’t a sit-behind-a-desk job! You’ll be hands-on with feeding, cleaning, customer interactions, and daily animal care.

What You’ll Be Doing

·       Deliver exceptional customer service during animal encounters and tours.

·       Assist with feeding, cleaning, and caring for animals (yes, sometimes it’s messy!).

·       Greet visitors with a smile and make every experience unforgettable.

·       Keep enclosures, exhibits, and public areas clean and presentable.

·       Support daily operations and team activities.

·       Occasionally assist with social media photos and guest content.

About You

·       Hardworking, reliable, and always on time.

·       Friendly, confident, and great with people and animals.

·       Not afraid to get your hands dirty — or wet!

·       Genuine love for animals and a positive, can-do attitude.

·       Experience with large birds and/or reptiles (especially macaws) is a big plus.

·       Basic social media or photography skills are an advantage.
