An opportunity for a Customer Service and Inventory Officer has opened up with their close-knit Melbourne-based team based out of their Cheltenham office.
The Role
This permanent, full-time, office-based role is perfect for someone looking for a fulfilling 9-5 Customer Service & Inventory position where you can contribute to positive patient experiences in hospitals, clinics and private surgical practices.
Responsibilities include:
Processing orders received by email and phone
Responding to customer enquiries
Management of the sales team’s demo stock
Sales reporting
Picking and Packing of orders
Liaising with couriers
Additional administration duties as required
About You
You have some Customer Service experience and have great verbal and written communication skills
You have great attention to detail and thrive when working in a culture of accountability
You’re looking for a stable 9-5 role in a friendly team environment with great training and support
