Due to a team member relocating to Sydney, an exciting opportunity now exists to join our team as a Customer Service Co-Ordinator.

This is a fast-paced and rewarding role working closely with a team of 15 field technicians to ensure exceptional customer service outcomes across our customer base.
You will be responsible for coordinating service requests, managing technician priorities and ensuring customers receive prompt and professional support. There will also be an expectation to support other staff in different roles as required.

โ€ข Managing incoming customer requests via phone, email and online platforms
โ€ข Processing customer consumable requests including toner and other supplies
โ€ข Coordinating and scheduling field service technicians
โ€ข Managing service priorities and customer expectations
โ€ข Providing a high level of customer communication and support
โ€ข Working collaboratively within a busy service team environment
โ€ข Maintaining accurate job and customer records

โ€ข Strong customer service and communication skills
โ€ข Excellent organisational and time management abilities
โ€ข Strong competency with Microsoft Office applications
โ€ข Ability to multitask and work under pressure
โ€ข Experience using JIM2 software would be highly regarded
โ€ข Previous service coordination or administration experience preferred
