- You will play a critical role driving the implementation pipeline for approximately 70 new advice deals per month, while also supporting ongoing service requests for existing clients.
Your Responsibilities - Implement approximately 70 new advice deals end-to-end each month
- Execute holistic financial strategies across investments, super, pensions, and insurance
- Manage ongoing service requests, portfolio adjustments, and insurance claims
- Coordinate planners, associates, platforms, and insurers to ensure files progress efficiently
- Maintain accurate client records and compliance documentation
- Deliver exceptional service and communication to clients throughout the advice process
About You - We are looking for someone energetic, organised, and eager to grow within the financial planning industry.
Skills & Experience - Previous Customer Service Manager experience within a financial planning firm
- Hands-on experience using Xplan and HubSpot
- Proven experience implementing holistic advice strategies across multiple products
- Confident communicating directly with clients and stakeholders
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage a busy and fast-moving caseload
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to build a successful career
This is a genuine high-volume pipeline environment — approximately 70 new deals each month. Holistic advice means more complexity, more moving parts, and the need to balance new implementations alongside ongoing service requests.

- $75,000 – $85,000 + superannuation
