THE ROLE
We’re looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service Officer to join our team in Mascot NSW. In this role, you’ll be a key part of our operations, ensuring every Carbar customer has a seamless experience while helping maintain the quality and readiness of our fleet.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
Meet and greet customers, providing a friendly and professional experience.
Book vehicles in and out efficiently.
Complete accurate vehicle condition reports.
Respond to tier 1 customer enquiries promptly and effectively.
Fleet Management
Conduct regular vehicle audits to maintain fleet standards.
Deliver and collect vehicles from service or repair agents.
Clean and prepare vehicles for customer use: wash, vacuum, and stage 1 cleaning (heavily soiled vehicles will be outsourced).
Skills and Qualities We’re Looking For
Minimum 1 year of experience in a service department, fleet, or customer-facing role.
Full valid manual driver’s license held for at least 6 months, with a clean driving record.
Comfortable with IT systems, web-based applications, and stock management tools.
Strong administrative and organisational skills; able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Automotive experience is a bonus but not essential.
Ambitious, motivated, and committed to continuous improvement.
Team-oriented, reliable, and supportive of colleagues.
