Our client is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their successful and fast-paced sales team based in Regents Park.

In this position, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day commercial and customer support while building strong relationships with both internal teams and external customers.

• Managing day-to-day customer enquiries and inbound calls
• Preparing quotations, tenders, and commercial proposals
• Following up quotations and assisting in converting opportunities into orders
• Handling customer complaints, cancellations, and claims professionally
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure customer requirements are met

• Good computer skills and confidence using IT systems and CRM platforms
