Primary Duties and Responsibilities of our Customer Service Role:

• Providing exceptional customer service and sales to internal and external customers to ensure the continued growth and profitability of Hertz. 

• Creating a positive customer experience by engaging with our customers

• Completing rental and return transactions efficiently and accurately

• Promoting and selling optional upgrades and cover products

• Checking of vehicles prior to, and upon return of the vehicle

• Accurately entering and completing incoming and walk up reservations 

• Ensure the presentation of our vehicles are to Hertz standards including cleaning and detailing if required.

• Working as part of a high performing small team

• Having a thorough understanding of our fleet 

About You

• Proven experience in customer service and sales

• Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and confidence engaging with customers

• Basic computer literacy

• Willingness to roll up your sleeves and get the job done

• Enjoy multi-tasking and are highly organised

• Full and current Australian driver’s licence

• Must have Australian work rights

• Automotive or rental industry experience is a plus, but not required (full training provided)
